Godewind Immobilien AG / Key word(s): Acquisition/Real Estate 19-Nov-2018 / 13:41 CET/CEST Godewind Immobilen AG acquires Pentahof in Hamburg for EUR 60.6 million Frankfurt, 19 November 2018 – Godewind Immobilien AG, a real estate firm specialising in German commercial properties (“Godewind“, ISIN DE000A2G8XX3) has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the office property known as Pentahof in the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg as part of an asset deal. The office complex has a total lettable area of about 24,700 square metres. A purchase price of approximately EUR 60.6 million has been agreed for the entire property. The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of this year. To finance the acquisition, Godewind invests own resources in the amount of around EUR 60.6 million. A refinancing is intended in the short term. The net basic rent equals approximately EUR 2.95 million per year. The weighted average lease term (WALT) is about 4.9 years on average.
